Mud Baths
Wonderfully detoxifying and cleansing, these mud baths are prepared from Peat which is found beneath an ancient lake in Czechoslovakia. Mud and Peat baths have been used for centuries and a purifying treatment. Very similar to a sauna, they will cause you to sweat, your temperature to raise and they encourage lipolysis.
1 package of 6oz of Mud is used in your bath tub at home. It is specially designed to go down your drain and not affect your plumbing. During a cleanse it is recommended that a mud bath be done every 5 days for a total of five baths.
These baths are safe for use in your tub and are deeply cleansing they also increase circulation and lymphatic flow.
Please take a big glass of water with you into the tub to drink while you are enjoying your bath as well as a cool cloth.
Your bath should be 20 minutes long if you are able to tolerate it and as hot as is comfortable for you.
You will sweat in the bath and you may notice that your heart rate increases like it would in a sauna.
CAUTION: If you find the baths too stimulating please come out of the tub and cool down.
After your bath please lie down and rest for about 30 minutes.
