
Dandelion Tea or Coffee
Don’t spray those dandelions! The bees need them but what you may not know is it’s good for us too!
- High in vitamin A
- Antioxidant properties
- Helps in lowering triglycerides
So what’s a person to do? Make coffee of course!
To make your own dandelion coffee:
- Harvest the tuber part of the root.
- Wash and cut into french fry shaped pieces.
- Arrange on a coockie sheet and bake at 200-250 for 1.5-2 hours with the oven door cracked until brown.
- Grind in coffee grinder!
- 2-3 tbsp per cup boil water, let steep 30 mins strain and enjoy!

Eileen has also received CAPPA-approved labour doula training.
Adrianne Colby is a Registered Massage Therapist with experience and training in Swedish Massage and advanced techniques that promote relaxation, decrease pain, increase range of motion and treat a variety of conditions. She has truly found her passion through massage therapy and is dedicated to supporting clients in reaching their health and wellness goals.
